Our restored farmhouse offers two spacious semi-detached houses each 170sqm in a private setting 3km from Alba and perfect to explore the many delights of the local area... world class cuisine, prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco wines, Italian designer shopping, day trip to the Ligurian coast, Skiing, cities of Torino, Genova and Milan and exploring the equally charming local area, Asti, Alba, Acqui Terme, Grinzane Cavour, Serralunga d'Alba.

 

Property Description

Casa Luisa is a beautiful semi detached stone cottage set within attractive gardens. Accomodation is over two floors with private terraces and garden areas to enjoy the views across vineyards near to Alba. The ancient farmhouse has been restored with care and maintains piemontese character.

Ground Floor
Large living room with sofa, bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen with hob, microwave over, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker and kettle.Dining area with table and chairs and access to large private terrace areas and the grounds peferct for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun.

First Floor
Two large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms have french doors which access a original Piemontese balcony overlooking the grounds and surrounding countryside.

Casa Claudia a beautiful semi detached cottage set within attractive gardens. Accomodation provided two floors with private terraces and garden areas to enjoying the views across vineyards near to Alba. This ancient farmhouse has been restored with care and maintains piemontese character.

Ground floor
Here there is a large living room , bathroom with shower, fully equipped equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker and kettle and wonderful dining area with table and chairs which accesses to the private terrace area and garden suitable for Italian al fresco dining and soaking up the sun.

First floor two spacious double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have immediate access to the Piemontese balcony overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Extra beds are available on request - each house is large (170sqm)and suitable to sleep 6 adults if required.

Child’s beds or cot are available on request.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Both Casa Luisa and Casa Claudia have a washing machine.

The houses are furnished with traditional style furniture perfect for the traditional nature of the farmhouse.

Piccolo Rustico has a small swimming pool situated within the grounds with an area for sunbathing and general relaxation. The pool is small and beautiful - perfect for cooling down and for children to play The pool will not be suitable for serious swimming.

The properties are situated within attractive gardens with plenty of outside space for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun and children to play.
