Bardonecchia
Bardonecchia borders France and has some of the most comprehensive skiing facilities in the world with lifts capable of transporting nearly 24000 people an hour. The Turin Winter Olympics 2006 held its snowboarding competitions here. There are many restaurants and hotels in the area making it a perfect winter holiday destination.
