The land is terraced and has around 400 fruit and nut fruit trees including kiwis, cherries, plums, apricots, figs, summer apples, wild peaches, pears, quinces, persimmon as well as nut, chestnut and hazelnut trees .
Theres a 400m2 vegetable garden in a perfect south-east position which can be irrigated via an artificial pond. There are many types of berries too and close to the buildings is a herb garden.

The terraces areas are suitable for chickens, sheep, goats and horses, as well as for beekeeping.
The forest area has mostly of deciduous trees including chestnut , oak, beech, ash, elm, alder and poplars.
The soil is rich and many wild herbs and flowers grow all over the place and are the place is home to many different insects.
You will find a wide range of wild animals here too ! birds ,mammals, wild boar, deers, foxes...
In the pond live frogs, dragonflies and the garden is almost snail free.
